<br />82--.~3(~~9~~' <br /> <br />the person or persons violating or attempting to violate any such <br />covenants, etc., and to prevent him from so doing or to recover <br />damages for such violations. <br />If any of-the covenants, restrictions or conditions <br />herein set forth are violated and declared void by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the remaining covenants, restrictions or <br />conditions shall not be effective but shall stay and remain in <br />full-force and effect. <br />This Agreement and the faithful performance of the <br />terms hereof shall be binding upon the heirs, administrators, <br />executors, successors, assigns, grantees and devisees of the <br />parties hereto, and upon the purchaser or purchasers of-any lot <br />or lots comprising a part of Westgate Subdivision, as defined <br />herein, furthermore, these covenants shall be deemed to run with <br />the land. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this <br />-< ~, day of October, 1982. <br />Norman E.
