<br />Estate Bynamics do hereby stipulate and agree that any and all of
<br />the Westgate Subdivision Lots sold, transferred and conveyed
<br />shall be and are hereby made subject to the following protective
<br />covenants, restrictions and conditions, all of which shall run-
