<br />AGREEMENT FOR RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
<br />FOR WESTGATE SUBDIVISION
<br />is Agreement made and entered into this day of
<br />~% , 1482, by and between Rudolf F. Plate and
<br />Jeannice R: Plate, husband and wife, Richard L Geist and Barbara
<br />D. Geist, husband and wife, Norman E. Anderson and Sonya M.
<br />Andersen, husband and wife and Real Estate Dynamics Ltd., a
<br />Nebraska Limited Partnership.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband
<br />and wife,-and Richard L. Geist and Barbara D. Geist, husband- and
<br />wife (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Plate") are the
<br />owners of the Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 21, and 22,
<br />Westgate Subdivision, in additian to Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and;
<br />WHEREAS, Norman E, Anderson and Sonya P1. Anderson,
<br />husband-and wife- (hereinafter referred to as "Anderson") are the
<br />Owners of-Lots 10 and 11, Westgate Subdivision, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and;
<br />WHEREAS, Real Estate Dynamics Ltd., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Partnership (hereinafter referred to as "Real Estate Dy^~mics")
<br />is the owneP of Lots 7, 8, and 9 Westgate Subdivision, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and;
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Plate, Anderson and Real
<br />Estate Dynamics to improve Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
<br />13, 12, 13, 14, 21 and 22 Westgate Subdivision, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska (hereinafter collectively referred to as
<br />the "Westgate Subdivision Lots") by encouraging the sale of lots
<br />and. the construction of modern, clean and efficient businesses
<br />thereon.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration thereof, and of the
<br />mutual benefits to be derived by Plate, Anderson and F.+~a~ Estate
