TERP1. The term of this lease shall be-for three <br />(3) years beginning July 15, 1982, and ending on July' 14, 1985. <br />2. RENTAL. Lessee shall pay to Lessor as rental for <br />the premises during the lease $1,?25.00 per month, payable <br />monthly, and due on or before the fifteenth day of the month in <br />advance, at the Lessor's address shown below or as hereinafter <br />designated by Lessor in writing. <br />3. USE AND OCCUPANCY. The premises and property <br />herein leased shall be used and occupied by the Lessee for any <br />legitimate business purpose, and Lessee will not use nor permit <br />the use of said premises for an}= illegal purpose. Lessee cove- <br />nants and agrees to comply with all statutes, rules, orders, <br />regulations and requirements of federal, state, county, and city <br />government regulating the use by Lessee of the premises; pro- <br />vided, however, the Lessee shall not be under any obligation to <br />make any improvements or alterations in the premises or to <br />rebuild or reconstruct all or any part of the pry-: ~~s in order <br />so to comply. <br />t <br />
