INDEMidITY AGREEPIENT. Lessee hereby covenants and <br />ees that it will indemnify, protect and hold harmless Lessor <br />inst any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damage, <br />alts or costs whatsoever asserted by any person, firm or corpo- <br />ation whomsoever, arising out of or in any way connected with <br />he maintenance and operation of the Lessee's business on the <br />eased premises for the use and occupancy of said premises by the <br />essee and that it will reimburse Lessor for all costs and <br />expenses which may be incurred by Lessor in connection with any <br />claims, demands, causes of action or suit. <br />8. LIABILITY INSURANCE. Lessee shall keep in fcirce <br />such liability insurance policies as wil? fully protect the <br />essee and Lessor against claims against any and all persons fer <br />ersonal injury, death, or property damage occurring in or about <br />lthe demises premises.
