r <br />82-oo~ts~s <br />LEASE <br />THIS IPdDE2dTCTRE MADE THIS 15th day of July, 198?, by <br />and- between GENE KAY ENTERPRISES, INC., hereinafter ca-lied <br />"Lessor", and LARRY G. BOESEN, hereinafter called "Lessee", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />The Lessor hereby leases and lets unto the Lessee and <br />the Lessee leases from the Lessor the following described <br />premises in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Suite 8 consisting of approximately 720 square feet <br />located in the building situated on the east 260.00 <br />feet of Lot One (1) of American Legion Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Dlebraska, including <br />joint use of the parking lot located on the south of <br />the existing drainage ditch; <br />together with the buildings and improvements thereon under the <br />following terms and conditions. <br />1. TERM: The term of this lease shall be for three <br />(3) years beginning October 1, 1982, and ending on September 30, <br />1985. <br />2. RENTAL. Lessee shall pay to Lessor as rental for <br />the premises during the lease $300.00 per month, payable monthly, <br />and due on or before the first day of the month in advance, at <br />the Lessor's address shown below or as hereinafter designated by <br />Lessor in writing. <br />3. USE AND OCCUPANCY. The premises and property <br />herein leased shall be used and occupied by the Lessee for any <br />legitimate business purpose, and Lessee will-not use nor permit <br />the use of said premises fer any illegal purpose.
