<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupx'ion, and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including the right to exr.avate and refill ditches and trenches, to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
<br />obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such
<br />utilities. No structures, buildings, fences, or other obstructions of any
<br />kind whatsoever, sha21 be allowed in, upo.i, above, along, across, underneath,
<br />or through the easement herein granted.
<br />All electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, placed in, upon, above,
<br />along, across, underneath, and through sur_h easement shall remain the property
<br />of the Grantee, and may be removed or replaced at any time.
<br />The Grantor, for itself, its heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby
<br />covenants that the rights and privileges herein granted shall run with the
<br />title to such tract of land, and shall be binding upon the Grantor,-its heirs,.
<br />successors, and assigns.
<br />ZN WITNESS WHEREOF, file Hali County Housing Authority, being duly
<br />authorized by resolution of its Board, has caused this easement to be signed
<br />by its Chairman and attested by its Secretary, and the seal of said Hall
<br />County Housing Authority to be hereto affixed, and the said easement to be
