<br />The Hall County Housing Authority of Hall County, Nebraska, a public body
<br />corporate, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, as
<br />Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar 01.00) receipt of which is hereby.
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called-Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right of way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend,. remove, and operate thereon,
<br />underground electric utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a tract of land located in part of Lots 14,
<br />15, and 16 of Warren Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows.
<br />Tract 1.
<br />A sixteen (16.0) foot wide tract of land located in part of the said
<br />Lot Sixteen (16) of Warren Subdivision, the center line of the easement
<br />tract more particularly described as:
<br />Beginning on the South line of the said Lot Sixteen (16), 15.0 feet
<br />East of the West line thereof; thence N 00°00' E, a distance of 160.0
<br />feet; said tract of sand containing 0.06 acres more ur less.; and
<br />Tract 2.
<br />A twelve (12.0) foot wide tract of land located in part of Lots
<br />Fourteen (14) and Fifteen,(15) of [Warren Subdivision, the center line
<br />of the easement tract more particularly described as:
<br />Beginning on the West line of the said Lot Fifteen {15), 8.0 feet North
<br />of the Southwest corner thereof;
<br />(Course 1) Thence N 45°00' E, a distance of b6.2 feet;
<br />(Course 2) Thence ;I 5$°48' E, a distance of 16.9 feet;
<br />(Course 3) Thence N OU°00' E, a distance of 18.1 feet;
<br />(Course 4) Thence continuing N 00°00' E, a distance of 75.5 Eeet;
<br />(Course 5) Thence from the terminus of the above said Course Three,
<br />a bearing of S 56°59' E, :a distance of 4$.9 feet;
<br />(Course 6) Thence S 67°55' E, a distance of 105.4 feet to a point
<br />on the East line of the said Lot FourCeen (14), 50.1 feet
<br />North of the Southeast corner ti;ereof;
<br />Said tract of land containing 0.10 acres more or less.
<br />Both of the above described tracts shown on the plat dated lU/1SJ82,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference.
<br />(The East. line of said Lot 16 assumed N CO°QO' E.),
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described tract of land for
<br />installation, maintenance, operation, and cemoval. of such utilities and'
<br />appurtenances.
