Roush, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants, vendors, and Belinda K. Chrisp, purchaser, witnesseth: <br />The vendors hereby agree to sell to the purchaser, and the <br />purchaser agrees to purchase from the vendors, on the terms here- <br />inafter provided, the following described real estate situated in <br />the county of Hall and state of 'Nebraska: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2}, in Dale Roush Second <br />Subdivision, :fall County, Nebraska. <br />Purchaser agrees that any mobile home placed on the real <br />estate shall not be assessed for tax purposes as part of the real <br />estate. <br />The purchaser hereby agrees to pay the vendors for the <br />property the sum of Eight Thousand Hive hundred and no/100 dollars <br />($8,500.00) payable as follows: Three Thousand and no/100 dollars <br />($3,.000.00) in cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />and Five Thousand Five Hundred and no%100 dollars ($5,500.00) being <br />the balance of the purchase price, with interest thereon from this <br />date at the rate of sixteen -percent (16~) per annum in monthly <br />installments of Or,e Iun``~~~d ''n n and 31/100 dollars ($119.31} <br />on the first day of aeii~r";"~~and One Hundred Nineteen and <br />31/100 dollars ($119.31) on the first day of each and every month <br />thereafter until the purchase price and interest have been fully <br />paid, each of the monthly installments to be applied first on the <br />accrued interest on the un_naid purchase ori.ce and the balance on <br />the purchase price. <br />The purchaser reserves the right of paying any sum in excess <br />of the monthly installments at any payment date, with the right to <br />a credit on the purchase price for *_he _~urpose of stopping interest. <br />All payments are to be made to vendors at the address shown below, <br />or such other address as they may notifyy"purchaser of from time to <br />time, except the final payment which shall be made to the Escrow <br />Agent. If purchaser -fails to pay such taxes, vendors <br />may ?ay such taxes.
