Roush, husband and wife, as joint tenants, vendors, and Belinda K. Chrisp, purchaser, witnesseth: The vendors hereby agree to sell to the purchaser, and the purchaser agrees to purchase from the vendors, on the terms here- inafter provided, the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and state of 'Nebraska: Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2}, in Dale Roush Second Subdivision, :fall County, Nebraska. Purchaser agrees that any mobile home placed on the real estate shall not be assessed for tax purposes as part of the real estate. The purchaser hereby agrees to pay the vendors for the property the sum of Eight Thousand Hive hundred and no/100 dollars ($8,500.00) payable as follows: Three Thousand and no/100 dollars ($3,.000.00) in cash, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and Five Thousand Five Hundred and no%100 dollars ($5,500.00) being the balance of the purchase price, with interest thereon from this date at the rate of sixteen -percent (16~) per annum in monthly installments of Or,e Iun``~~~d ''n n and 31/100 dollars ($119.31} on the first day of aeii~r";"~~and One Hundred Nineteen and 31/100 dollars ($119.31) on the first day of each and every month thereafter until the purchase price and interest have been fully paid, each of the monthly installments to be applied first on the accrued interest on the un_naid purchase ori.ce and the balance on the purchase price. The purchaser reserves the right of paying any sum in excess of the monthly installments at any payment date, with the right to a credit on the purchase price for *_he _~urpose of stopping interest. All payments are to be made to vendors at the address shown below, or such other address as they may notifyy"purchaser of from time to time, except the final payment which shall be made to the Escrow Agent. The amount secured hereby shall bear interest at sixteen percent {16~) per annum after the maturity thereof, whether it becomes due by lapse of time or by reason of default in the payment of any of the monthly installments as herein provided for. The purchaser agrees to pay all taxes and assessments levied and assessed against the real estate when due and before they become by law delinquent. If purchaser -fails to pay such taxes, vendors may ?ay such taxes. Any sums paid by the vendors for any such taxes or assessments, together with interest thereon at sixteen percent t,.._
