To manage vegetation and other: wildlife habi- tat.. in the Platte River, such rnanage-nent practices ~o include glowing, discng, burning, Butting, use. of chemical: herbicides,:dredg~:ng, dammilncJ, diversion` of water, and such other rianagement practices as Grantee deems reason- ably necessary or advisable €or the.'preserva- tion, maintenance. and enhancement .of the Plat e River and the islands and sandbars thereinias' " habitat for Whao~ng Cranes, Sandhill Cranes and otter migratory birds.
