Thereafter, the <br />Board of Administrators shall be composed of not less than <br />three (~) nor mare than eight (8) persons, all of whom shall <br />bs townhcme owners in a Brentwood Tawnhome Condominium <br />Property Regime over which the Association then has juris- <br />diction, provided only, that if there are less than tk~.ree <br />(3) owners then all Directors need not be owners. <br />Section 2.
