Commercial Development. The proposed subdivision con- <br />sttutes a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-25 of <br />the Grand Island City Code. For that reason, the Subdivider agrees <br />that the continuing requirements of Section 36-25 of the Grand <br />Island City Code pertaining to commercial development under the <br />planned unit development will be complied with by the Subdivider. <br />2. Flood Hazard. Since the subdivision is ?n the flood <br />plain, all structures constructed shall have the lowest floor <br />elevation to a minimum of one foot above the elevation of the 100- <br />near flood, as determined by tho buil3ing permit received by the <br />Subdivider or successors from the Building Department under the <br />provisions of Section 2-I 506.()6, i?,R.S. 1943. No basement shall <br />tse constructed in connection with env structure in the flood olain <br />unless such basement is flaadproafed and certified as such by a <br />qualified registered engineer or zarchitect. <br />3.
