_~ <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Grand Island,. <br />Nebraska, did. on January 4, 1982, pass Ordinance No. 6782 <br />authorizing the sale of the following described real prop- <br />erty: <br />" Lot Five (5), Block Twenty-five (25), <br />Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to ARNOLD C. WENN and DEHN A. RENTER, as tenants in common,. <br />the terms of such sale being as follows: The eonsideration <br />for such conveyance shall be Eight Thousand Dollars <br />0$,000.00); conveyance of the real estate shall be by quit- <br />claim deed, upon. delivery 'of the consideration; and the <br />City shall furnish an abstract of title. If no remon- <br />strance, according to Law, be filed with the City Council <br />of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days <br />after January 11, 1982, said quitclaim deed will be <br />executed and delivered to the purchasers. <br />By order of the City Councii of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />this January 4, 1982. <br />R.
