Restrictions regarding insurance agencies or companies, and/or other <br />businesses offering insurance or insurance products, and advertising by such businesses. <br />Frederick Development, LLC, as Buyer, hereby covenants with the Bank of <br />Doniphan, Seller and agrees to Seller's restriction that no insurance agency or company, or other <br />businesses offering insurance or insurance products of any kind shall be permitted to conduct <br />business on the property for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of this agreement, or until <br />January 23, 2024, whichever date may come first. This restriction shall also include the <br />advertisement or promotion by any insurance agency or company, or other businesses offering <br />insurance or insurance products of any kind on any signage owned by Frederick Development, <br />LLC which is located on the property. <br /> <br />3.
