<br />The undersigned, Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of Fractional Lots Six
<br />(6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Fractional Block One (1), Evans Addition, and all of Fractional Lots
<br />Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7) in Fractional Block Eight (8), Lambert's Addition, in the City of
