<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2008101.33 <br /> <br />8. The Petitioner shall not pay alimony to the Respondent and the Respondent shall not <br />pay alimony to the Petitioner. The Respondent is ordered to pay $250.00 towards Petitioner's <br />attorney. Said payments is payable through the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County. <br />9. The Petitioner is hereby awarded her entire Worker's Compensation Claim and <br />potential settlement in her work related injury case currently pending in the Nebraska Workers' <br />Compensation Court. <br />10. The Respondent is awarded his retirement pension plan through his employment at <br />New Holland administered by Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services plan being further described <br />as the New Holland Retirement Program Part B Savings Plan. <br />n. The parties shall file a separate 2001 Federal and State Income Tax Return. <br />12. Court costs are being taxed to the Petitioner. <br />13. This Decree of Dissolution is final 30 days after the decree is rendered or on the date <br />of the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first, except for purposes of appeal and for the <br />following reasons only: <br />(a) For purposes of remarriage, this decree becomes final and operative six months after the <br />decree is rendered or on the date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution, whichever occurs <br />first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to the <br />dissolution, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was rendered; <br />and <br /> <br />(b) For continuance of health insurance coverage this decree dissolves the marriage and <br />becomes final and operative six months after the decree is rendered. <br />Provided further, that if the Decree is not vacated or modified during the thirty (30) day <br />period or unless proceedings for vacation or modification are pending at the expiration of that date, <br />this Decree will become final without further Order of the Court. <br /> <br />CLERK Of' DISTRICT COURT OF HALL <br />COUNlY NEBRASKA DO HEREBY CERTIFY <br />THE FOREGOING COPY(IES) TO BE A FUU. <br />TRUE AND CORRECT COPY(IES) OF THE <br />ORIGINAL RECORD THEREOF- NOW <br />RF~NINGON IN SAID URT:Ttt~ <br />.L:2-DAY OF 20Jl.lJ.. <br /> <br />............. ........-- <br />14.
