'Ibe Petitioner was <br />present in Court, represented by Ralph A. Bradley, her attorney, and the Respondent was present in <br />Court and represented by Sam Zeleski, his attorney; evidence was taken and the Court being fully <br />advised in the premises, FINDS, ORDERS, ADmDGES AND DECREES as follows: <br />1. That the Court has jmisdiction over the parties and the subj ect matter of this action. <br />2. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts <br />have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br />3. Respondent shall have quieted in him the marital home located at 2540 W La Mar <br />Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as Lot Two (2) Block One (1) <br />Belair Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the encumbrance <br />thereon, Respondent shall solely assume and hold the Petitioner harmless therefrom. <br />,/'/ <br />4. The Petitioner's former name of Pamela Pauline Stover is hereby restored to her. <br />5. The Petitioner shall have the items of personal property currently in her possession <br />quieted in her. <br />6. The Respondent shall have the items of personal property currently in his possession <br />quieted in him. <br />7. The Petitioner and Respondent shall each be responsible for their own debts incurred <br />since the date of separation, to-wit: August 25,2000.
