<br />XIII.
<br />These covenants, restrictions and conditions are to run with the land and shall be binding on all
<br />parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1, 2025 at which time said covenants shall
<br />automatically be extended for successive periods of five years unless by a vote of the majority ofthe then
<br />owners ofthe lots, it is agreed to change the said covenants in whole or in part.

<br />XIV.
<br />If the first party hereto, or his heirs or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of the covenants
<br />herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning lots in said subdivision to prosecute any
<br />proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons violating or attempting to violate any such
<br />covenant and either to prevent him or them from so doing to recover damages or other relief for such
<br />violation.
<br />
<br />XV.
<br />Invalidation of any of these covenants by Judgment, Court Order, or Federal Regulation shall in no
<br />way affect any other provision and they shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />
<br />This indenture and the faithful performance of the terms thereof shall be binding upon the heirs,
<br />administrators, executors, assigns, grantees and devisees ofthe said Westwood Park Tenth Subdivision and
<br />upon the purchaser or purchasers of any lot or lots in said Westwood Park Tenth Subdivision.
