<br />No billboards or sign boards (except suitable signs for advertising the sale of any lot) shall be erected
<br />or allowed to remain upon any lots.

<br />All lots herein are subject to cluster mailbox units approved by the United States Postal Office for
<br />the purpose of receiving mail, said cluster mailbox units located on Lot Twelve (12), Westwood Park Tenth
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Upon the initial purchase of any lot from
<br />RudolfF. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single person, the lot owner will
<br />be assigned an individual box in the cluster units with the key(s) set forth hereinafter and said cluster box
<br />and units are then the property of the purchasing lot owners, their subsequent purchasers, successors, and
<br />assigns, who then are responsible for maintaining, insuring, managing, repairing, replacing lost keys and box
<br />units thereafter and said RudolfF. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single
<br />person, shall have no responsibility for said mailboxes, keys, mailbox cluster units, after the initial
<br />conveyances of said lots herein. Said boxes and key(s) shall be conveyed to subsequent purchasers.
