005562 -2- r 3. Each of the parties shall have the obligation to reasonably and properly maintain their respective portion of such garage. 4. It is possible that there is a water connecting crossing Tract I and servicing Tract 2. However, premises of Tract I shall be restored to substantially the pense of Second Parties. 5. It is possible that there is a sewer connect~ng line crossing Tract 2 and for the benefit of Tract 1. If so, the owner of Tract I shall have the continued use and benefit of such connecting sewer line and shall have the right to go onto Tract 2 to repair or replace such connecting sewer line. How- ever, the premises on Tract 2 shall be restored to substantially the same condition as pr10r to such repair or replacement and at the expense of First Party, 6.
