'I L~tiv <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered lnto thlS ~ day of October, <br /> <br />1984, between ADELE POULOS, an unremarried widow, First Party, <br /> <br />and the owner of TRACT 1, described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southerly Fifty-six and Eight Tenths (56,8) <br />Feet of Lot Six (6) and the Southerly Fifty-six <br />and Eight Tenths (56.8) Feet of the Westerly Ten <br />(10) Feet of Lot Seven (7), all in Block Twenty- <br />nine (29), Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />and CHARLES D. LUNDQUIST and VIRGINIA LUNDQUIST, his wife, <br /> <br />Second Parties, and the owners of TRACT 2, described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northerly Seventy-fi\,<,.,.~ Two T('::-"s (75.2) <br />Feet of Lot Six (6) and 0 Northerly Seventy- <br />five and Two Tenths (75,2) Feet of the Westerly <br />Ten (10) Feet of Lot Seven (7), all in Block <br />Twenty-nine (29), Charles Wasmer's Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a common garage situated on a part of <br />Tract I and a part of Tract 2 and each of the parties have cer- <br /> <br />tain rights to a portion of such garage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there may be utility connecting lines crossing <br /> <br />Tract 1 for the benefit of Tract 2, and crossing Tract 2 for <br /> <br />the benefit of Tract 1, and the parties hereto are desirous <br /> <br />of stating their respective rights and obligations with res- <br /> <br />pect to such joint garage and such utility connecing lines, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br />1, First Party shall have the exclusive right to the U';l' <br /> <br />of the Southerly portion or the said cOUlmon garage.
