<br />Class "B" voting members shall be entitled to vote in accordance with the -

<br />Exhibit "E" hereto, on general Association matters and specifically those
<br />matters affecting the Class "C" Property. The Class "R" Property anu Cla€is
<br />"B" - Limited Property shall be the sole responsibility of the. - owners - of - Class'
<br />"B" Property, and for matters concerning said property, "the: Class "RII
<br />Members shall have voting rights in accordance with their Unit's Class "WI
<br />Allocated Interest, as shown on Schedule of Class "B" Allocated Interests in
<br />Exhibit "G" hereto.
<br />(S) "Mortgage" means any mortgage, deed of trust, or other document
<br />pledging a Condominium Unit as security for the payment of a debt` or obli-
<br />gation.
<br />(T) "Mortgagee" means any person, corporation, partnership,, trust,
<br />company, association, or other legal entity which takes, owns,- holds, or
<br />receives a Mortgage.
<br />(U) "Owner" means every individ ` firm, corporation, partnership:,
<br />association, or other legal entity, or :.y combination thereof, who owns one
<br />or more Condominium Units, but extruding, however, any such person or
<br />entity having an interest therein merely as a Mortgagee (unless such Mort-
<br />gagee has acquired fee simple title interest therein pursuant to foreclosure or
<br />any proceedings in lieu thereof).
<br />( V ) "Plats and Plans" are attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B ". "C",
<br />and "D" and are incorporated herein by this reference. The Plats and Plans
<br />conform with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. 4 76 -846 (1983 Supp,.).
<br />(i9) "Project" or "Condominium Project" means and includes the Prop-
<br />erty, the Building, all improvements and structures thereon and all rights,
<br />easements, and appurtenances belonging thereto submitted by this Declaration
<br />and all amendments and supplements hereto. The name of the Project shall be
<br />"The Yancey, a Condominium".
<br />(X) "Rules and Regulations" means rules and regulations adopted by the
<br />Board pursuant to the terms of the Bylaws, as the same may be amended from
<br />time to time.
<br />(Y) "Unit" is the physical portion of the Condominium designated for
<br />separate ownership. The boundaries of the Unit shall be the walls, floors, or
