4. Ownership - Title. <br />A Condominium Unit may be held and owned- by more than one <br />person as joint tenants, or as tenants in common, or in any rear property` <br />tenancy relationship recognized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />5. Inseparability of a Condominium Unit. <br />Each Unit and the undivided interest in the Common Elements' <br />appurtenant thereto shall be inseparable and may be conveyed, leased; or- <br />encumbered only as a Condominium Unit. <br />S. Description of Condominium .Unit. <br />(A) Every contract for the sale of a Condominium Unit shall .' legally <br />describe a Condominium Unit by its identifying Unit designation, followed by <br />the words "The Yancey, a Condominium." The location of such Condominium <br />Unit shall be depicted on the Plats and Plans. <br />(B) After the Declaration, along with the attached Plats and Plans, has' <br />been recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of the County, every, <br />deed, lease, Mortgage, will, or other instrument shall legally describe a Con- <br />dominium Unit as follows: <br />Condominium Uni; No. The Yancey, a Condomin- <br />ium, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration <br />recorded on -1- 1984, under Document No. <br />-2- o the e County of Hall, State of Nebraska, <br />records. <br />Where -1- is the year and month this Declaration is recorded and -2- is the <br />document number given this Declaration upon recordation. <br />Every such description shall be good and sufficient for all purposes to <br />sell, convey, transfer, encumber, or otherwise affect not only the Unit, but <br />SO the undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant to said - <br />and all other appurtenant properties and property rights, and shall incorpo- <br />rate all the rights And burdens in.^- .ident to ownership of a C:tndn-minitsm Unlit <br />and all of the limitations thereon as described in this Declaration including <br />the attached Plats and Plans and other exhibits hereto and in the Articles, <br />Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. Each such description shall be construed <br />to include a nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress to and from an <br />Owner's Unit to the nearest public street, and the use of all of the Limited <br />Common Elements appurtenant to said Unit as well as all of the Class " "C'" <br />Property. <br />(C) The reference to the Declaration in any instrument shall be deemed <br />to include any attached addendums, schedules or exhibits or any supplements <br />and amendments to the Declaration, including attachments hereto, without <br />specific references thereto. <br />-8- <br />a <br />I <br />01 <br />
