4. Ownership - Title. A Condominium Unit may be held and owned- by more than one person as joint tenants, or as tenants in common, or in any rear property` tenancy relationship recognized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. 5. Inseparability of a Condominium Unit. Each Unit and the undivided interest in the Common Elements' appurtenant thereto shall be inseparable and may be conveyed, leased; or- encumbered only as a Condominium Unit. S. Description of Condominium .Unit. (A) Every contract for the sale of a Condominium Unit shall .' legally describe a Condominium Unit by its identifying Unit designation, followed by the words "The Yancey, a Condominium." The location of such Condominium Unit shall be depicted on the Plats and Plans. (B) After the Declaration, along with the attached Plats and Plans, has' been recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of the County, every, deed, lease, Mortgage, will, or other instrument shall legally describe a Con- dominium Unit as follows: Condominium Uni; No. The Yancey, a Condomin- ium, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded on -1- 1984, under Document No. -2- o the e County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records. Where -1- is the year and month this Declaration is recorded and -2- is the document number given this Declaration upon recordation. Every such description shall be good and sufficient for all purposes to sell, convey, transfer, encumber, or otherwise affect not only the Unit, but SO the undivided interest in the Common Elements appurtenant to said - and all other appurtenant properties and property rights, and shall incorpo- rate all the rights And burdens in.^- .ident to ownership of a C:tndn-minitsm Unlit and all of the limitations thereon as described in this Declaration including the attached Plats and Plans and other exhibits hereto and in the Articles, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. Each such description shall be construed to include a nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress to and from an Owner's Unit to the nearest public street, and the use of all of the Limited Common Elements appurtenant to said Unit as well as all of the Class " "C'" Property.
