If it becomes necessary to bring action at law to <br /> <br />recover possession LESSEES agree to pay a reasonable attorney's fee <br /> <br />therefore if permitted by law. <br /> <br />LESSEES further agree to pay LESSOR <br /> <br />the rent above specified except when said premises are untenantable <br /> <br />by reason of fire, from any otber cause than carelessness of the <br /> <br /> <br />LLESSBES or of their family or employees, or by superior force or <br /> <br /> <br />inevitable necessity. <br />
