I 84 - 003643 r LICENSE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska, A ~unicipal Corporation, of Hall County, Nebraska, hereafter referred to as the "CITY", and CARL R. HAGA.'land DEBORAH J. HAGAN, Husband and Wife, hereafter referred to as "LICENSEES". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Licensees are the owners of: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE~NE~) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point in the Easterly line of Clark Street where said line would be intersected by the Southerly line of John Street, if extended, thence Southerly along said Easterly line ')f Clark Street ~fty (50)' feet, thence Easterly at right angles, ,il'" Hundred Twenty four (124) feet, thence Northerly, at right angles, Fifty (50) feet to what wotO'd be the Southerly line of John Street, if extended, thence Westerly, along said Souraerly line, One Hundred Twenty Four (124) feet, to the place of beginning, being a rectangular piece of ground, having a westerly frontage of 50 feet on Clark Street, a depth of 124 feet, and bounded on the North by the extended Southerly line of John Street; and WHEREAS, the Licensees are also the owners of a building located on the above-described real estate, said building extends into the public right-of-way known as John Street for a distance of 3.7 feet and a width of 12,6 feet; and WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the Licensees to use and occupy the public right-of-way for the location of said building, subject to certain conditions.
