<br />I <br /> <br />84 - 003643 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into by and between the CITY OF GRAND <br /> <br />ISLAND, Nebraska, A ~unicipal Corporation, of Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />hereafter referred to as the "CITY", and CARL R. HAGA.'land DEBORAH J. <br /> <br />HAGAN, Husband and Wife, hereafter referred to as "LICENSEES". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Licensees are the owners of: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE~NE~) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point in the Easterly line of Clark Street <br />where said line would be intersected by the Southerly <br />line of John Street, if extended, thence Southerly along <br />said Easterly line ')f Clark Street ~fty (50)' feet, thence <br />Easterly at right angles, ,il'" Hundred Twenty four (124) <br />feet, thence Northerly, at right angles, Fifty (50) feet <br />to what wotO'd be the Southerly line of John Street, if <br />extended, thence Westerly, along said Souraerly line, <br />One Hundred Twenty Four (124) feet, to the place of <br />beginning, being a rectangular piece of ground, having <br />a westerly frontage of 50 feet on Clark Street, a depth <br />of 124 feet, and bounded on the North by the extended <br />Southerly line of John Street; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Licensees are also the owners of a building located <br /> <br />on the above-described real estate, said building extends into the public <br /> <br />right-of-way known as John Street for a distance of 3.7 feet and a width of <br /> <br />12,6 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the Licensees to use and <br /> <br />occupy the public right-of-way for the location of said building, subject <br /> <br />to certain conditions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. in consideration of the payment of One Dollar <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />($1,00) and in further consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, <br /> <br />the ~Rrtip~ n~\Pp ~8 fnl'0w~: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />.-J <br />
