TENANT shall IndemnIfy and hold tESSOR harmless agaInst any claIm of lIability or I05S from personal InJury or property damage resulting fram or arising out of the use and occupancy of the Property by the TENANT, Its servants or agents, exceptIng, however, such claIms or damages as may be due to or caused by the acts of the LESSOR, or Its servants or agents. 9.
