This Deed of Trust is given aa collateral aecur1ty for the Debt and obligations of the Grantor all as set forth 1n the Sale Agreements. To the extent the terms of this Deed of Trust conflict with the terms of the Security Agreement, the Secur1ty Agreement shall control, but the max1mum amount, due date and interest rate of the Debt secured by this Deed of Trust shall be l1mited to those stated in this Deed of Trust and any recorded modif1cation thereto. 15. Whenever any of the parties hereto ia referred to, auch reference shall be deemed to include the aucc.essors and asaigns of such party; and all the covenants, promises an4 agreements in this Deed of Trust contained by or on behalf of Grantor, or by or on behalf of Beneficiary, shall bind and inure to the benef1t of the respective successors and assigns of such part1es whether so expressed or not. -9- u L ..J L
