Flood Ha2ard. Since the subdivision is in the flood <br />plain, all ~tructures constructed shall have the lowest floor <br />elevation to a minimum of one foot above the elevation of the 100- <br /> <br />year flood. as determined by the building permit received by the <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivider or successors from the Building Department under the pro- <br /> <br /> <br />visions of Section 2-1506.06. R.R.S. 1943. No basement shall be <br /> <br />constructed in connection with any structure in the flood plain <br /> <br /> <br />unless such basement is floodproofed and certified as such by a <br /> <br /> <br />qualified registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />J. ~. Grand Island Mall, Ltd.~ agrees Co title <br />to the City of Grand Island Lot 7 and to develop said lot/as an <br />extension of the adjacent storm sewer cell to the City's specifi- <br />cations. In consideration of the foregoing. the City shall title to <br />Grand Island Mall, Ltd., Lots 5 and 6.
