Such tract of land and streets and highways are hereby annexed. to the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Grand Island. Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Upon the taking effect of this ordinance. the police. fire. and snow <br /> <br /> <br />removal services of. such City shall be furnished to the tract of land and streets and <br /> <br /> <br />higbways herein annexed. and water service and sanitary sewer service will be available <br /> <br /> <br />.. provided by law. <br /> <br />SleTtON 6. If any section, subsection. sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />or the annexation of any tract of land. street. or highway by this ordinance is for any <br /> <br /> <br />reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid. such decision shall not affect the validity <br /> <br /> <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance since it is the express intent of the Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />and City Council to enact each seetion, subsection. clause, or phrase separately. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
