r 83- 006462 that Title Insurance Company of Minnesota, as such trustee, would sell, at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in lawful money of the United States, the property described above, and fixing the time and place of sale as Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1983, at 10:00 a.m. on the First Floor in the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and such trustee caused the copy of such notice to be published once a week for five (5) consequtive weeks before the date of sale therein fixed, in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the county in which such property is situated, the date of first publication being August 24, 1983. 4) A copy of such published notice of sale was sent by certififed mail, with postage prepaid, on September 1, 1983, to the trustors above and to all parties who requested such notice by recorded request. 5) All applicable statutory provisions of the State of NebraSka and all the provisions of the above-referenced trust deed have complied with as to acts to be performed ann notices to be given. 6) The trustee, at the time and place of sale, fixed as aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to the grantee, who was the highest bidder therefore, the property described above, for the sum of Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($80,544.78J paid in cash, in lawful money of the United States, in full accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska and with the terms of the Deed of Trust. .3 L L L
