<br /> <br /> <br />83-- 006462 <br /> <br />the same instrument, Title Insurance Company of Minnesota is <br /> <br /> <br />substituted as trustee replacing James S. Reed, wherein the <br /> <br /> <br />trustors granted and conveyed to such trustee, in trust as <br /> <br /> <br />therein expressed, the property above-described to secure, <br /> <br />among other obligations, payment of that certain note and int- <br />erest described in the Deed of Trust, according to the terms <br /> <br />thereof, and other sums of money advanced with interest thereonr <br /> <br />authorizing this conveyance after the fulfillment of the condi- <br />tions specified in the Deed of Trust. Said conditions have been <br /> <br />fulfilled as follows: <br /> <br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the <br /> <br />Deed of Trust and a promissory note which it secured in the <br /> <br />particular set forth in the Noticeof Default hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to, which default continued until the time of sale. <br /> <br />2) The beneficiary of the Deed of Trust and holder of the <br /> <br />note secured thereby filed for record on July 20, 1983, in the <br /> <br />office of the Hall County Reqister of Deeds, a notice of such de- <br /> <br />fault and of election to cause the trustee to sell the property <br /> <br />to satisfy t:he obliyat.Lon secured by the Deed of 'rrust, which deed <br /> <br />was duly recorded ~\S rr;strument ~lumber il)-003B02 of thi~ Miscellan- <br /> <br />BOUS Records of Hall County. The foregoing notice was sent to the <br /> <br />trustors and all parties who requested such notice by recorded <br /> <br />request by certified mail, <br /> <br />with postage prepaid, on July 15, 1983. <br /> <br />3} The trustee under such notice of deed, in consequence of <br /> <br />the declaration of default, election, and demand for sale of the <br /> <br />lapse of One (1) month after the recordation of the Notice of De- <br /> <br />fault and election to sell, and in compliance with the terms of <br /> <br />the Deed of Trust, executed his notice of trustee sale, stating <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />.J <br /> <br />L <br />
