I" EXHIBIT A 83_, 006189 Land is more specifically described as: Commencing on the West line of the South Half of the Northwe~~ Quarter (S~NW~), Section Twenty Eight (28), above described, at a point Three Hundred Eighty (380) Feet North of the South- west corner of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~), Section Twenty-eight (28), above described, being the place of beginning, and thence proceeding North on said West line a distance of One Hundred Ninety-three (193) feet, thence at a right angle in an Easterly direction parallel to the South line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (Sl:!Nw'<l, above described, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty-five (255) feet, thence at a right angle in a Southerly direction parallel to the West line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~), above described, a distance of One Hundred Ninety- three (193) Feet, thence at a right angle in a Westerly direc- tion parallel to the North line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~), above described, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty-five (255) feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 1.10 acres, more or less, and upon which there is situated a house and garage, reserving, however, to the Grantors a roadway easement as the same now exists, commen- cing on the West line of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~), above described, at a point approximately Twenty (20) Feet North of the point of beginning of the tract above conveyed, said roadway easement running in an Easterly and thence Northerly direction as the same now exists, to the storage bins, buildings and cattle chutes located on the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S~NW~).
