<br />r <br /> <br />83--006136 <br /> <br />WHERmAS,the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, in <br /> <br />1977 allowed the division of the property into two separate <br /> <br />builaing sites by oral motion and approval of such motion, <br /> <br />WHEREI,S, Section 23-373 of the Nebraska Revi'sed Statutes <br /> <br />provides for a subdivision of real property upon the approval of <br /> <br />the County Board of such county, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of such county has the power to <br /> <br />provide the manner, plan, or method by which the real property may <br /> <br />be subdivided by resolution, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plat of real property to be subdivided, shall <br /> <br />not be recorded or have any force or effect until the same can be <br /> <br />approved by the County Board of such county, <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the County Board of Hall County has adopted a <br /> <br />comprehensive development plan as described in Section 23-114.02 of <br /> <br />the Nebraska Revised Statutes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 76-2,110 provides a procedure for validation <br /> <br />of any conveyance which in any manner subdivides real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPER- <br /> <br />VISORS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />That the real property above described owned by Leroy <br /> <br />Heupel may be divided into building sites as described <br /> <br />on the two attached Plats of real property. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that th~ Plats attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated by this reference are specifically approved by the <br /> <br /> <br />County Board of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that any notice required under ~76-2,110 <br /> <br />to be given by Leroy Heupel to the County Board is hereby waived. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />L <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />: ; <br />f..; <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />--1 <br />
