<br />I <br /> <br />83-006136. <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N ~J?a~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS Leroy Heupel is the owner of property legally <br />described as follows: <br />A tract of land in the Nor~heast Quarter (NE~) of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section One (1), Township <br />Twelve (12), North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing <br />at the East Quarter corner of said Section 1, thence West <br />on the Half Section line a distance of 614.1 feet, thence <br />Southeasterly 132037' left a distance of 87.7 feet to <br />a point of curvature, thence Southeasterly on a 2,939.79 <br />foot radius curve to the right a distance of 844.9 <br />feet; thence Northeasterly on a radius of the curve a <br />distance of 147.5 Feet to a point on the East line of <br />said Section; thence North on Section line 742.7 feet <br />to the point of beginning.
