<br />For value received, the undersigned, DEAN R. ERICKSON
<br />AND NAOMI J. ERICKSON, husband and wife, promise to pay to
<br />the order of HEMRY C. BACH AND RUTH I. BACH, husband and
<br />wife, at Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred
<br />Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-TwO and NO/lOO
<br />Dollars ($137,452.00) in installments as follows: $7,500.00
<br />payable semi-annually in 27 equal installments on January 2'
<br />and July 2 of each year beginning on July 2, 1980, which
<br />installment includes and shall first be applied to payment of
<br />interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum with the
<br />balance of each payment being applied to principal.
<br />
<br />If anyone or more of the following events should
<br />happen: there should be a default in the payment of interest
<br />or an installment of principal due hereunder, or any maker
<br />hereof should make an assignment for the benefit of creditors,
<br />or attachment or garnishment proceedings should be commenced,
<br />or a receiver be appointed over any property of any maker
<br />hereof, or proceedings be instituted by or against any maker
<br />hereof under the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, any legal
<br />holder hereof shall have the option, without notice or
<br />demand, to declare this note imm<'<Hately <Jue and payable.
<br />
<br />After the maturity of this note, whether by accelera-
<br />tion or otherwise, it shall bear interest at the rate of
<br />twelve per cent (12%) per annum.
<br />
<br />Any legal holder hereof may, without notice and 'vi thout
<br />releasing the liability of .:my maker hereof, grant extensions
<br />or renewals hereof from time Lo Lime and for any term or
<br />terms, acquire additional security, or release any security
<br />in whole or in part. l'\ny leyal hol<Jer hen"of shall not be
<br />liable for or prejudiced by fi:ulure Lo collect or for lack
<br />of diligence in bringing suit on this note or any renewal or
<br />extension hereof.

<br />The makers hereof shall have the riqht to make advance
<br />payments of all or any portion of the unpaid principal
<br />balance at any time, provided that all interest payments are
<br />current and such prepa}~ents of principal are in even increments
<br />of $100.00.
<br />
<br />All parties hereto waive protest.
<br />
