<br />ASSIGNMENT
<br />
<br />Ruth I. Bach, individually and as surviving spouse of
<br />Henry C. Bach, in consideration of Twenty-Six Thousand and
<br />No/IOO Dollars ($26,000.00) in hand pai~ the receipt .of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign and
<br />transfer unto Marion D. Larsen, all of her right, title and
<br />interest in and to a certain Promissory Note dated December
<br />22, 1979, for the amount of One Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand
<br />F'our Hundred and Fifty-TwO and No/IOO Dollars ($137,452.00),
<br />the terms of which are described below, and a certain Mortgage
<br />dated December 22, 1979, securing the Promissory Note described
<br />above, which Mortgage was in favor of Henry C. Bach and Ruth
<br />I. Bach, was recorded as document No. 82-001524 in the
<br />records of the Hall County Register of Deeds office, and
<br />involved the real estate described below,
<br />
<br />The terms of the above described Promissory Note are:
<br />$137,452.00 payable in installme~ts as follows:
<br />
<br />Seven Thousand Five Hundred and No/IOO Dollars ($7,500.00)
<br />payable semi-annually in 27 equal installments on
<br />January 2 and July 2 of each year beginning on July 2,
<br />1980, which installment includes and shall first be
<br />applied to payment of interest at the rate of six
<br />percent (6%) per annum with the balance of each payment
<br />being applied to principal.
<br />
<br />The payment of the Note is secured by a Mortgage upon
<br />an undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to Lots One
<br />(1), 'l'Wo (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven
<br />(7) and Eight (0) in Bels Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />A copy of the Note emd Mortgage referred to above are
<br />attached as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", respec.tively, are
<br />made a part hereof. and are incorporated herein by this
<br />reference.
<br />
<br />It is further agreed that this Assignment shall be
<br />binding upon Ruth I. Bach's executors, administrators, or
<br />assigns.
<br />
<br />Executed and delivered this 31st day of October, 1983.
