As a result of this renunciation and disclaimer, the decedent's interest in said real estate described as Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Eleven (11) in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, will pass to the other heirs of the decedent, pursuant to Section 30-2303 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, as though the under- signed, Bruce A. Fleming, is instructed to file, mail or otherwise cause to he delivered, the original, a duplicate original or copy of this document within the time and manner provided by Nebraska and Federal law to the following persons or entities: (a) To the Hall County Court; (b) To the Hall County Register of Deeds; (c) To James B.. Fleming, 3332 Starr, Lincoln, Nebraska 68503, in his capacity as Personal Representative of the Estate of the decedent; (d) To the following persons who are expected to receive, possess and enjoy the inter- est renounced in this property under Section 30-2303 of the Revised Statutes of the State of-Nebraska, namely: James B.
