Fleming; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Bruce A. Fleming, acknowledges that he is releasing something which might be of substantial value to him but does not expect to nor has received any consider- ation in money or otherwise for the execution of this document; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Bruce A. Fleming, does not expect to nor has controlled or directed or selected the person or entity who shall receive, possess or enjoy the interest hereby renounced or disclaimed; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Bruce A. Fleming, has not accepted any interest in the property which is subject to this renunciation or disclaimer or any benefits therefrom, has made no transfer thereof, has accepted no delivery of such interest in such property, has exerted no dominion of any kind over such property, and that such property has been neither sold nor disposed of otherwise pursuant to judicial process heretofore.
