<br />I <br /> <br />83_0(,4982 <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />not have any maintenance responsibilities <br />for Sixth Street within Johnson Subdivision <br />until such time as the paving improvements <br />are completed pursuant to the pavingspecifi- <br />cations set forth below* <br /> <br />2. Paving Specifications. Sixth Street shall be created, <br />constructed and hard surfaced with a concrete mix designated in <br />the State of Nebraska Department of Roads 1973 Standard Specifi'- <br />cations for Highway Construction Manual and supplemental material <br />as a 47 mix of concrete. Sixth Street shall be six inches thick <br />and be bordered by curbs on both sides thereof. The subdividers <br />agree to construct a sidewalk on the north side of Sixth street <br />with a six and one-half sack mix of concrete as specified by the <br />foregoing manual. Sixth Street shall be considered a frontage <br />road and have a minimum width of t.wenty-six (26) feet. The paving <br />shall meet minimum Hall County standards for roads in said county <br />according to and in compliance with plans and specifications pre- <br />pared by a registered engineer and subject to the final approval, <br />inspection and su?erv~sion of the Hall County Director of Public <br />Works. <br />3. Water and Sanitary Sewer. Since public water and sanitary <br />sewer services are not available to the proposed subdivision, <br />individual water wells dnd septic tanks to serve individual lots <br />in the proposed subdivision shall be allowed. However. the sub- <br />dividers agree to waive the riqht to object to any sanitary sewer <br />or water main districts within said subdivision; and upon comple- <br />t,ion of said water maIn or sanitary sewer service, the subdividers <br />further agree to connect all structures located on lots within said <br />subdi vision to said water main or sani tory sewer se rvice main <br />within two years after they are made available within the subdivi- <br />sion. <br /> <br />3. Drai,:;age,.
