Buck and Betty J. Buck, husband and <br /> <br /> <br />wife; Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and <br /> <br /> <br />wife; Kenneth W. Staab and Rosemary Staab, husband and wife; and <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas J. Dolton and Kristie A. Dolton, husband and wife, herein- <br /> <br /> <br />after called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of land described <br /> <br /> <br />as comprising all of Lot Eighteen (18), Island Acres Subdivision <br /> <br /> <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract <br /> <br /> <br />containing 1.785 acres, more or less, desire to have subdivided as a <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision the .lbove-described tract ot land which is located <br /> <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> <br /> <br />and hen!by submi t to the Ci tv Council of such City for acceptance as <br /> <br /> <br />provided by law an accurate map and olat of such proposed sub- <br /> <br /> <br />livision, to he known as lJNION SQnAR!:: SUBDlVISION, desill;nating <br /> <br /> <br />~)I;-pllr:'itly the land t:o be laid out ,1nd parti.cularl.v describing" the <br /> <br /> <br />lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots desig- <br /> <br /> <br />nated bv numbers !lnd easements bv dimensions, and propose to cause <br /> <br /> <br />the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Kegional <br /> <br /> <br />Plannin~ Commission and the City Counei 1 to be acknowledged by such <br /> <br /> <br />owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land <br /> <br /> <br />survevor, and to contaln a dedication of the easements to the use <br /> <br /> <br />and benefit of publ.ic utilities. In consideration of the acceptance <br /> <br /> <br />of the plat of said UNION SQUARE SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby <br /> <br />consent and agree with the City of Grand Island:r Nebraska, that they <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />will install or provide ;Jt their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object <br />to any paving or repavlng district of Webb Road w~ere it abuts <br />the subdivision. <br />2. ~. Public water service is available to the sub- <br />division, and the Subdividers agree to connect all structures <br />lu tne subdivision to water service before applylng for occu- <br />pancy pe1'"llltts. <br />
