83-"'004276 iiii: APDITIONAL PROVI.SIONS: This Sublease is subject and subordinate to the provisions of the Prinle Lease, and the termination or cancellation of said Prime Lease for any reason whatsoever shall constitute a termination and cancellation of this Sublease. Tenant expressly acknowledges that Tenant has read and understood the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements of the Prime Lease, This Sublease is contingent upon Tenant obtaining prior to the date of commencement of the Primary Term, any necessary consent from Prime Landlord, and upon Tenant purchasing the restaurant equipment from Landlord by separate agrement prior to commencement. NOTICES: Any notices required to be given hereunder, or which either party hereto may desire to give to the other, shall be in writing. Such notice may be given by mailing the same by United States mail, registered or certified, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Landlord, attention Vice President, at: SIRLOIN STOCKADE, INC. P.O. BOX 26591 RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27611 and to Tenant at: SUNSHINE F&~ILY RESTAURANT, INC. 1011 W. 2nd STREET HASTINGS, NEBRASKA 68901 or to such other address as the respective parties may from time to time designate by notice given in the manner provided in this Section, and shall be deemed complete upon receipt. Such notice may also be given to Landlord by serving any officer or agent of Tenant, and shall be deemed complete upon the making of such service.
