<br />r <br /> <br />SPECiAL WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />83- 0040:J5 <br /> <br />The CrTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br /> <br />herein called the "Grantor", in consideration of Fti\le Thousand Two <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($5,250.00) received from Grantees, does <br /> <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br /> <br />THEODORE O. EDEN and SONIA D. EDEN, <br /> <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br /> <br />herein called the Grantees. the following described real property in <br /> <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Thirteen (13). Havenwood Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand island, Hall County. The resicl- <br /> <br />ential project shall be deemed completed as of the dElte that the <br /> <br />Director of Community Development Agency finally examines the <br /> <br />Premises and finds it to meet the requirements ()f the plans and <br />specifications proposed, submitted, and approved for the residentj,Ji <br />development purSl,Jllnt. to the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community <br />~velopll';(ilnt Plan for the residential project. <br />
