Fidelity Bonds <br /> <br />83- lJu2537 <br /> <br />'!'he !'!Card of !'.dministrators shall obtain adequate fidelity bonds for 'all offlc~rs <br />and employees of the Association handling or responsible f,or Association funds. The <br />premiums on such bonds shall constitute a common expense. <br /> <br />Section :1.2. Conpensation. <br /> <br />No member of the Board of Administrators shall receive any compensation from <br />the Association fOr acting as such, except that members shall receive reimbursement <br />for expenses actually incurred by them as Administrators. <br /> <br />Section 13. Liability of Administrators. <br /> <br /> <br />The member of the Board of Administrators shall not be liable to the suite or <br />qarage owners for any mistake of judgement, negligence, or otherwise, except for <br />their own individual willful misconduct or bad faith. It is intended that the <br />~rs of the Board of Administrators shall have no personal liability with <br />respect to any contract made by them on behalf of the Association. Every agreement <br />IIIllde by the Board of Administrators or by the managing agent or by thf!c IlIlInager on <br />behalf of the Association shall provide that the members of the Board of Administra- <br />tors or the managing aqnet. or the manager, as the case may be, are acting only <br />aa agents for the Association and shall have no personal liability thereunder. <br /> <br />Section U. Expansion of Jurisdiction. <br /> <br />In its discretion the Board of Administrators shall have the authority to <br />expand the jurisdiction of this Association to include any condominium property <br />regime in Continental Gardens and addition to the City of Grand Island. Upon <br />such expansion the followinq shall apply: <br /> <br />(a) The Association's costs of repairs and maintenance and all <br />other expenses sha 11 be allocated to the particular Condollliniua <br />Property Regime rpquirinq or benefiting from the same. If more <br />than one benefits, tben the expense shall be pro-rated between the <br />benefiting Condominium Regimes in proportion to the benefits of each <br />as reasonably determined by the Board of Administrators.
