Vacancies in the BOard of Administratora caulJed by any reason other than the removal of a "member thereof by a vote of the Association shall be fUled by vote of a .-jority of the remaining Administrators at a special meeting of the Board of MIIiniat.rators held for that purpose promptly after the occurrence of any such vlIlCancy, even though the _bers present at such meeting may constitute le.. than a quorUM, and each person so elected shall be a member of the Board" of Mllinistratota fOr the re_inder of the term of the melllber so removed and until a suooeSlIOr shall be elected at the next meeting of the Association. Section 7. Annual Board Meeting. Section 9. W4iver of Notice.
