<br />I. NAME AND PURPOSE

<br />nle purpose of this Master Deed is to submit the lands herein described
<br />and the improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and
<br />use in the mIInner provided by Sections 76-801 through 76~823, R.R.S. Nebraska
<br />(herein called "condominiom Property Act"), and the name by which this
<br />condOlllinium is to be identified is "0" ;~indsor Square Condominium Property
<br />Regillle.

<br />II. INVOLVED PROPERTY
<br />
<br />The lands owned by the Declarant which are hereby sumitted to the
<br />condominium regime are described as follows:

<br />Continental Gardens. an Addition to the Gity of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded, as more fully shown on ,;xhibit "A" attached

<br />Except as hereinafter noted, the definitions set forth in Section
