The work shall b~ pet- <br />formed by a qualified plumber for the owner but shall be under <br />the supervision of the representative of the Village Board of <br />Trustees. The type of construction, size of water Line, tax' <br />charge and amount paid by the Village for each connection sha~1 <br />be regulated and controlled by the applicable Village Ordinan;ee. <br />3. Streets. The parties agree that Mecca Street and <br />Syria Street to [he Addition shall be platted but not hard- <br />surfaced or opened to [he public. Sycamore Street adjacent to <br />the Addition on the West has recently been paved. Assessments <br />for paving were levied in District 81-1 on December 16, 1982. <br />Tfie cost of paving the Easterly half of Sycamore Street was <br />assumed by the Village of Cairo, Nebraska. In order to reim- <br />burse the Village for such paving costs, the Subdividers agree <br />to pay to the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, in lieu of a special <br />assessment, a paving charge for each lot in the amount of $21.00 <br />per foot abutting on Sycamore Street. Such payments shall be <br />payable over a period of [en (10) years in ten (10) equal in- <br />stallments, of which the first shall became delinquent fifty <br />(SU) days after the dace of the execution of this agreement, and <br />subsequent installments shall become delinquent one (1), two (2), <br />three (3), tour (4), five (5), six(b),se~(J),eight(8)ardnine (9) <br />years respectively from the date vc tots agreement. kSach In- <br />stallment except the first shall draw interesC from the date of <br />this agreea:ent at the rate ~~f eleven (11) percent per annum un- <br />til the same be~umes delinquenC, and after the same become de- <br />linquent special assessments shall be paid thereon; provided, <br />all said amounts may he paid at one time on any lot within fifty <br />(5U) days from the dace ut Chis agreement wiChvut interest. <br />4.
