<br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />EIGHTH ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA <br />The undersigned, Donald E. Terry and Nadine R. Terry; atsel- <br />the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, hereinafter referred' to as 5ub~° <br />dividers, are the owners of a tract of land comprising a part of <br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE~NW~) of Section <br />Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eiewen (llj, <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particsTarly' <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the West Quarter Corner of said <br />Section, thence Easterly along the South line <br />of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SE~NW~), 1,568.19 Feet to the East <br />R.U.W. line of Sycamore Street which is the <br />point of beginning. Thence North 840.18 <br />Feet along said East R.O.W. line of Sycamore <br />Street, thence S84°58'10" East 150.00 Feet; <br />thence SOU°W '15" West 838.26 Feet to the <br />South line of said Southeast Quarter of <br />the Northwest Quarter (SE',.NW~); thence <br />S89°lti' U" West 150.00 Feet along the South <br />line of said Southeast Quarter of the North- <br />west Quarter (SE~:NW~), to the point of <br />beginning. Said parcel contains 2.89 acres, <br />more or less, <br />which they have caused to be platted into lots and blocks known <br />as "Eighth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Nebraska." The <br />Subdividers hereby submit to the Chairman and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, for acceptance as provided <br />by law, an accurate plat of such Addition designating the lots, <br />blocks, streets and easements and containing a Certificate as <br />to accuracy of survey by a Registered Land Suxveyor. Said plat <br />also contains a dedication of the streets and easements to the <br />use and benefit of the public. <br />In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />Addition, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the <br />Village of Cairo, Nebraska, as follows: <br />1. Sanitary Sewer. The Village of Cairo, Nebraska, <br />agrees to extend the sanitary sewer line in Mecca Street to the <br />Easterly line of the Addition, being the Easterly boundary line <br />of the Village. From that point, the Subdividers, except for <br />the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, agree to construct, at their own <br />expense, a sanitary sewer main sufficient [o serve all of the <br />lots in the Addition, said sanitary sewer main to extend into <br />Lot One (1), Block Two ("?), Eighth Addition to the Village of <br />Cairo, Nebraska. The sanitary sewer main so constructed shall <br />be turned over to the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, upon completion <br />of construction and any guarantee by the conCract.or shall inure <br />to the benefit of the Village. i'lze sanitary sewer main shall be <br />operational before any dwellings on the lots in tl7e Addition <br />are occupied. All construction of sewer mains shall be performed <br />pursuant to ali code requirements and other regulations c,f the <br />Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village. of Cairo, Nebraska. <br />2. Water. A Village water main exists in the West side <br />of Sycamore Street. adjacent to the: Addition. "Cfie Subdividers, <br />
