<br />PURCHASE MONEY <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />84 - 00173E <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That SAM L. HERRING and SHERYL L. MEHRING, husband and wife, <br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of <br />FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($52,900.00), in hand paid, <br />do hereby sell and convey unto MERL P. BENNINK and LEONA C. BENNINK, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), Bel-Air <br />Additior. to the City of Grand Island, <br />Fiala County, Nebraska, <br />the intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee <br />simple, including all rights of homestead and dower.
