~4 ~. ii006ss the declaration of default, election, and demand for sale and to lapse of one month after the recordation of the Notice of Default and Election to Se11, and in compliance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, executed her Notice of Trustee"s Sale, stating that he, as such Trustee, would sell, at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, in lawful money of the United States, the property described above, and fixing the time and place of sale as Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1483, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the Hall County Caurt House in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and such Trustee caused a cepy of such notice to be published once a week for five consecutive weeks before the date of sale therein fixed, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper of general circu- latian, published in the county in which such property is situated, the date of first publication being August 24, 1983. 4. A copy of such published Notice of Sale was sent by certified mail, with postage prepaid, on September i, 1483, to the Trustors above and to all parties who requested such Notice by recorded request. 5. All applicable statutory provisions of the State of Nebraska and all of the provisions of the above-referenced Deed of Trust have been complied with as to acts to be performed and notices to be given. b.
