84 --" iiQ0665 <br />1980, as Instrument No. 80-OOb833, of the Mortgage Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska and Rolland Charles Johnson was appointed <br />succe$sor trustee on November 2, 1981, filed November 3, 1981, <br />in the Mortgage Records, as Instrument No. 81-0055.49, of Hall <br />County, Nebraska,wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to <br />such Trustee, in trust as therein expressed, the property above- <br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of that <br />certain note and interest described in the Deed of Trust, according <br />to the terms thereof, and other sums of money advanced with <br />interest thereon; authorizing this conveyance after the fulfill- <br />ment of the conditions specified in the Deed of Trust. Said <br />conditions have been fulfilled as follows: <br />1. Breach and default were made under the terms of the <br />Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note which it secured in the <br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default hereinafter <br />referred to, which default continued until the time of sale. <br />2. The beneficiary of the Deed of Trust and holder of <br />the note secured thereby filed for record on Juiy, 20, 1983, in <br />the office of the Ha11 County Register of Deeds, a notice of such <br />default and of election to cause the Trustee to sell the <br />property to satisfy the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust, <br />which notice was duly recorded as Instrument No. 83-003803 <br />of the Mortgage records of Hall County, The foregoing notice <br />was sent to the Trustors and all parties who requested such. notice <br />by recorded request by certified mail, with postage prepaid, an <br />July 16, 1983. <br />3.
